I’m sitting at my desk, wondering what topic to write about today. I went for a run this morning and followed it up with a glass of celery juice. That’s how my day started. To be honest, celery juice isn’t exactly my favorite, but I still drink it because it’s high in fiber and really helps with digestion—and honestly, it just makes me feel better overall. It’s one of those little things I do to stay in shape.
Maybe I should write about detoxifying smoothies and drinks I like to have now and then? That actually feels like a pretty nice topic.

Spring always feels like a time for fresh starts. After those cold, wintery days, a lot of us naturally feel the urge to reset. I’ve noticed that I start craving fruits and veggies way more than I do in winter—it’s like my body just knows what it needs.
But here’s the thing: detoxing doesn’t have to mean some extreme diet or intense cleanse. It’s really just about supporting your body’s natural ability to recharge and flush out toxins, while giving it the nutrients it needs to thrive.A detox doesn’t have to mean extreme diets or complicated cleanses. Instead, it’s about supporting your body’s natural ability to recharge and eliminate toxins while flooding it with the nutrients it needs to thrive.
I like to start my mornings with lemon ginger water. As soon as I wake up—before anything else—I drink a mix of warm water, lemon, ginger, and chia seeds. It helps kickstart my metabolism and gives me a natural boost of vitamin C. A small habit that makes a big difference.
Chia seeds are a great source of fiber, and that’s one of the main reasons I love incorporating them into my diet. We’re always talking about being in a calorie deficit, balancing cortisol levels, and tracking macros—but we rarely mention how important fiber actually is! Fiber plays a key role in keeping our digestive system healthy, regulating blood sugar, and even helping us feel fuller for longer.
Celery is high in fibers,so it’s great for improving our digestion.Did you know that celery can reduce bloating too? That’s why i love to drink it in the morning right after my workout session. After this combo gave me the boost for the day, a nutritious breakfast should follow ( read for low-calorie breakfast recipes). For healthy digestion, adults should aim for around 25–30g of fiber per day, but let’s be real—most of us don’t get enough. So adding small things like chia seeds, flaxseeds, veggies, or whole grains can make a big difference.
Another important thing for a clean-eating girlie is drinking enough water! In case you didn’t know (though I highly doubt that), staying hydrated is super important. It’s recommended to drink 2 to 3 liters of water a day!
So, how much water have you had today?
But let’s be honest, plain water can get a little boring after a while. That’s why I like to spice things up by adding mint, cucumber, and lime. It’s refreshing, tasty, and makes drinking water way more enjoyable! I recommend getting a flask (mine is 800ml) so you can easily track how much you’re drinking. My rule is that I refill my bottle at least three times a day, and the first 800ml must be finished by noon.On top of that, I also drink green tea during the morning. Call me crazy, but for the past five years, I’ve been drinking green tea every day.
So, if I’m really on top of things, I drink about 3 liters of fluids a day. Of course, this doesn’t happen every day—sometimes I miss out on something too. The tips I share aren’t always things I follow perfectly myself. Eating, drinking, or even working out perfectly every day isn’t realistic. These are more like principles that I try to live by. I feel it’s important to mention this because we see influencers every day living their perfect matcha-pilates-green smoothie routines, but the reality is far from that. As much as I’d love to stick to clean eating, I can’t do it every day (and I don’t need to). Sure, when I commit to it, I’ll do a stricter month-long period, but after that, I return to the 80-20 rule. For me, that means clean eating during the weekdays, but weekends are for a little indulgence.
